Marketing Coordinator

Megazone Cloud is looking for a creative, organized, and high-energy Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for bringing the Megazone Cloud brand to life through engaging social content, showcasing world-class talent and technical wins through engaging social content, polished presentations, digital case studies, swag, and events. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who enjoys a fast-paced tech environment and possesses the ability to balance creative storytelling with operational excellence. While our engineers build the future of the cloud, you will be the one ensuring that our clients, partners, and both present and future employees see the impact of that work. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end social media presence: from planning the annual calendar and designing posts to real-time engagement and monthly performance reporting. - Partner with the technical teams and Industry Sales Leaders to identify and produce high-impact customer success stories that validate our cloud and AI expertise. - Maintain the marketing communications calendar, ensuring social media, newsletters, and events work together to support timely engagement. - Assist in the tactical execution of webinars, regional sales events/conferences, and internal town halls. - Transform rough content and technical notes into polished, brand-compliant PowerPoint/Google Slides decks for sales and leadership. - Own internal and external client gifting and event swag needs. - Act as the "internal journalist" by gathering updates from internal teams and stakeholders to contribute to MegazoneCloud’s monthly global newsletter. - Measure the effectiveness of social engagement, event lead generation, and communications to report on marketing impact and brand awareness growth. Qualifications - 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or a related role (B2B or Tech experience preferred). - Proficiency with social media platforms, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. - Proven ability to manage multiple "moving parts" and deadlines sim WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE - Our Product is Our People: We live by this.
