About the company

The Just One Project

Non-profit organization management · 51 to 200 employees

About Us The Just One Project's mission is to increase access to food, resources, and supportive services to build a stronger, healthier, and more connected community. The Just One Project has a culture of attracting the most passionate and talented people to represent The Just One Project by reinforcing strong values, work-life balance, and diversity. We know that our company culture ultimately affects client experience. Every program is designed with our clients in mind; we are "client-centric." Everything we do is guided by our core values: Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion, and by our Gold Standard of service. We believe every person who walks through our doors deserves to be treated with the same care, dignity, and respect as you'd want for your own family, whether they're picking up groceries or asking for help with something much harder. We're looking for someone who doesn't just agree with these values, but lives them out in how they treat every neighbor they serve.
