The selected intern will work closely with company leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining valuable experience while developing professional and leadership skills that will prepare them for future career success. Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team and external vendors to develop and evaluate social media campaigns, email communications, digital promotions, and traditional marketing materials. Assist with the creation of content for websites, newsletters, presentations, community outreach initiatives, and public relations efforts. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitor marketing strategies. Support data collection and reporting efforts to evaluate marketing performance and stakeholder engagement. Research, write, and edit content for advertising, digital platforms, and company communications. Assist in implementing strategic marketing and business development initiatives. Support company participation in community events, trade shows, career fairs, and outreach activities. Assist with the distribution and organization of marketing and promotional materials. Collaborate with internal teams to develop project updates, success stories, and employee spotlights. Perform special projects and additional assignments as needed. Qualifications Required Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and research skills for gathering marketing insights and preparing reports. Preferred Experience with social media platforms and content creation. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools. Experience with photography, videography, or video editing. Interest in sustainability, manufacturing, renewable energy, agriculture, or environmental solutions. Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
