Marketing Pursuit and Graphics Specialist

Apply Job Type Full-time Description Ratcliff is a leading Bay Area architecture firm specializing in academic, civic, and healthcare projects throughout Northern California. We’re looking for a Marketing Pursuit and Graphics Specialist who can bring strong writing, graphic design, and storytelling skills to our marketing team. You’ll create compelling proposals and pursuit materials for public and private clients while supporting broader marketing efforts, including social media, project photography, and data management. What You’ll Be Doing Track marketing pursuit leads and coordinate a Go/No-Go response calendar. Lead the production of high-quality marketing packages in response to Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/RFP), identify response content requirements, writing assignments and deadlines. Proofread and ensure the integrity of final documentation; oversee production and distribution. Maintain Adobe InDesign templates and brand standards; and develop new graphic material, i.e. infographics, icons, charts, and other branded marketing collateral, as needed. Assist with on-going external communication, including social media and project photography. Conduct business development-related research in support of the Director. Requirements Who We’re Looking For A self-motivated, creative team player who thrives in a fast-paced and supportive work environment. A great communicator who excels at graphic communication technical writing with a keen eye for detail. You can keep a calm demeanor while juggling varying workloads under tight deadlines. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365; working knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint CRM a plus. Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in AEC industry as a Marketer and/or Graphic Designer.
