Overview Marketing Specialist The Marketing Specialist builds our brand presence and implements targeted strategies for both Fresh Foods and Home & Garden, handling everything from visual graphic design and digital strategy to performance analytics that directly drive sales. This is a full time position at our Corporate Office, requiring Monday through Friday availability. Team Member Benefits Include: Weekly Pay~10% Employee Discount Medical/Vision/Dental~Career Growth~Vacation Benefits Responsibilities • Collaborate with marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message for the company. • Design and produce layout for materials to be presented in traditional/digital media along with edit, review and proofing accuracy. • Provide creative support of our digital and content marketing (website, email, rells, app, social media posts and digital ads). • Use your creativity and skills not just to make marketing materials more attractive but to improve user experience and get specific results. • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the marketing team using your expertise and eye for great design. • Cross train responsibilities within the department. • Monitor competitors and industry trends and make recommendations to keep our company at the forefront. • Track monthly social media and campaign performance metrics, coordinate project timelines, manage vendor invoices, and support general department administrative needs. • Positively interact and effectively communicate with the marketing team and other team members. • Perform other duties within the marketing department or other areas as assigned. Qualifications • 2+ years experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Meta • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently to meet uncompromising deadlines. • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
