When the company wins, you win too.Job Type: Full-time, hourlyPay Range: $23.50 - $26.50, hourlyLocation: Fully onsite in Chandler, AZThe Marketing Support Coordinator plays a hands-on role in supporting Axis’s brand through merchandise management, inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and marketing operations. This position maintains company apparel and promotional inventory, prepares and ships packages, assembles new hire uniform kits, handles supply pickups and deliveries, and supports marketing initiatives across the organization.This is an entry-level position with a strong emphasis on physical work, organization, and reliability. We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in accurate and organized work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the marketing team and broader business.What You’ll OwnMerchandise & Inventory ManagementKeep company merchandise inventory organized, accurate, and accessible.Receive, count, inspect, store, and track apparel, promotional items, and branded materials.Prepare merchandise orders for teammates, customers, events, and company initiatives.Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs, including commonly requested uniform sizes.Maintain inventory records and update quantities as items are received, packed, and distributed.Keep merchandise storage and packing areas clean and orderly.Package Shipping & Order FulfillmentPick, pack, and ship apparel, promotional products, and other branded materials to branches and teammates nationwide.Verify item quantities, sizes, recipient information, and shipping addresses before sending orders.Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and any required shipment documentation.Package items securely and coordinate carrier pickups or drop-offs.Record tracking information and provide shipment updates as needed.Assist with shipment discrepancies, returns, and size exchanges.Monitor shipping supplies and communicate when boxes, labels, tape, or other materials need to be replenished.New Hire Uniform PreparationAssemble and pack uniform kits for new teammates using approved onboarding requests.Confirm clothing sizes, item quantities, branch requirements, and delivery details before packing.Coordinate with the teammates responsible for onboarding to ensure uniform kits are prepared and shipped in time for new hire arrivals.Check each kit for accuracy, presentation, and completeness.Communicate inventory shortages or missing information promptly so orders can move forward.Assist with follow-up uniform needs, including size exchanges and missing items.Branding & Merchandise ProductionPress and prepare branded hats and apparel.Apply decals to hard hats, helmets, and other branded equipment.Inspect finished items to ensure they meet Axis brand standards and quality expectations.Prepare completed merchandise for storage, packing, and distribution.Transportation & LogisticsPick up supplies, merchandise, and materials from vendors and partner locations.Regularly travel to supplier locations, including Apache Junction and surrounding areas, to transport inventory back to headquarters.Safely load, unload, and move merchandise, supplies, and equipment.Complete local shipping drop-offs and deliveries as needed.Assist with event setup, breakdown, and transportation of materials.Marketing Team SupportAssist the marketing team with projects and special initiatives.Support company events, trade shows, recruiting events, and office activities.Assemble promotional materials, marketing kits, and event packages.Provide hands-on support for company-wide campaigns and other projects as needed.What We’re Looking ForStrong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on physical work.Reliability, dependability, and strong organizational skills.Attention to detail when checking sizes, quantities, shipping information, and order accuracy.A positive attitude and team-first mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.A strong sense of ownership and accountability.Clear communication about order status, inventory needs, and potential delays.Willingness to learn shipping systems and inventory processes.Interest in marketing, branding, logistics, or operations is a plus.RequirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.Comfort driving company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries.Ability to work fully onsite in Chandler, AZ.No previous marketing or merchandising experience is required.Candidates with backgrounds in warehouse operations, retail, inventory management, shipping and receiving, hospitality, trades, delivery services, or general labor are highly encouraged to apply.Why This Role MattersThe Marketing Support Coordinator helps ensure teammates have what they need and that the Axis brand shows up consistently and professionally across the organization.
