Pay: $18-$22 per hour | 20-25 hours per week | Flexible Schedule
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers? Orem Mazda is looking for a dependable Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a flexible work schedule while contributing to the day-to-day accounting operations of a busy dealership.
What You'll Do
Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
Process, review, and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile invoices, statements, and other financial documents.
Enter financial data into dealership accounting systems.
Help maintain organized files and supporting documentation.
Assist the accounting team with additional duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
