The basics ~12 weeks, late May 2027 – early August 2027 Full-time, 40 hours/week, paid hourly East Pittsburgh, PA What You'll Do Own a real project/s in your department, backed by a dedicated Department Lead and a 1:1 mentor. Explore the whole company through weekly cross-functional Discovery Sessions with departments like Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Safety. Get out of the office for site tours, global networking, customer support, and team events. Cap the summer by presenting your work to SMS leadership at the August Capstone.
