What you'll do
- Administer medications accurately and document all administration per MAR and physician orders
- Maintain medication cart security and complete narcotic counts each shift
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to wellness leadership
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
- Occasional support of dining services, housekeeping tasks, and resident activities
What you need
- Compassion for older adults
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
