Medical Assistant - Full-Time Nights-Intake

Job Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. American Heart Association BLS. Medical Assistant certificate or diploma, military documentation from an approved program or have current EMT certification, CNA certification, PCT or proof of active enrollment in an approved school of nursing. Job Summary: Participates in the clinical aspect of the patient care with all members of the health care team and law enforcement. Performs duties under the supervision of a Paramedic, LPN, RN, HSA/HSC, Midlevel Provider and / or Physician in accordance with the rules and regulations of the state of employment. Possesses knowledge and ability to provide care to the Inmate population as well as respond to needs within the correctional environment. Maintains a professional attitude at all times. IND1
