These positions will flowat between the locations listed below: Apache Junction Chandler Gilbert Hatfield Arbor Hatfield Chandler Hatfield Gilbert (Baseline) Hatfield Paragon Hatfield Red Mountain Superstition Springs VMW-Mesa Central VMW-Mesa North What you’ll do You’ll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers by: Front Office/ Patient Services Specialist Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism Managing calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co pays Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers Clinical/ Medical Assistant Responsibilities Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit Taking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HER Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines Performing point -of-car testing Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocols What you bring Accredited MA training or equivalent experience MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse for your certification) 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment Why you’ll Love Working Here We take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
