Seeking motivated individual to fill the position of Member Service Specialist in our Headquarters Office located in Denton, MD. Previous experience in a call center environment is highly desirable. Applicant must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality in the performance of duties and be able to effectively deal with a variety of people under various and sometimes difficult circumstances.
As a condition of employment, the candidate will be required to pass a physical examination and a drug test.
Individual must be able to sit a desk and operate a computer and telephone for the majority of each work day.
