Member Service Representatives will be calling our members to schedule them in a clinic or on our dental vans. We’re looking for someone who can make an impressive first impression and who can build ongoing rapport with each and every patient. Duties & Responsibilities: -Persuading members to schedule appointment with supplied script -Verifying insurance -Scheduling transportation -Setting up interpreters - Perform other administrative duties as assigned Full Time: Monday through Friday - 8 hours shifts - In office, this is not a remote postion. Offices hours are from 7AM to 6PM shifts can vary. Location: Capitol Dental Care 610 Hawthorne Ave. SE Suite 250 Salem, OR 97301 Qualifications: - Must be resilient and target oriented - Previous Call Center experience - Bilingual preferred - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Computer literate a must - High school diploma or GED required Compensation The pay range for this opportunity is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour/DOE
