Summary: Schedule: On-site, full-time, M-F from 8:00am-4:00pm Location: Ponessa Behavioral Health - Lancaster Office Salary - $35,000.00 per year Essential Job Responsibilities: Processing all referrals submitted by our community and school partners Determining insurance eligibility and working alongside our billing department Communication and follow up with both community/school partners and parents/guardians Managing both a comprehensive client list and navigation of our electronic health records system Managing monthly insurance changes Communication with clinical members of the School Based Outpatient team around assigning referrals, caseloads, availability, Etc. Managing the input or export of documentation in the electronic health records system Supporting the Program Director and Program Coordinator with tasks relevant to School Based Outpatient Additional responsibilities deemed appropriate by the Program Director or Program Coordinator Qualification and Skill Requirements: HS Diploma or GED Ability to stay organized and multitask Exceptional communication skills Team player approach Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Bilingual (Spanish) Perks and Benefits: (Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in insurance benefits after 30 days of full-time employment) Medical and prescription drug coverage Dental and vision coverage Critical illness, disability, cancer, life insurance, and ABLEPAY.
