This is an on-site day-shift role. Key Position Details: 40 hours p/ week Monday - Friday (1.0 FTE) Shifts are 8-hours, daytime, no nights or weekends Position is on site in Minneapolis Job Description: Facilitating group therapy as well as providing therapy and clinical support in Day Treatment, and IOP settings including individual, and family therapy Working with adult populations in person or virtually Completing intakes, discharges, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including, but not limited to, psychiatry, nursing and other therapists Supporting patient-centered, culturally responsive behavioral health care Required Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field MN DHS Mental Health Professional Defined Qualifications: MN § 245I.04, Subd 2-3 Licenses/Certifications Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy required upon hire or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy required upon hire or Licensed Psychologist-MN Board of Psychology required upon hire or Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below: • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association • Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross • Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire) Will consider pre-independently licensed candidates on track to obtain LPCC, LICSW or LMFT Physical Demands Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system that cares for individuals, families and communities throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Pay Range Pay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
