Key Position Details: Casual (0.0 FTE) 8-hour day shift with no weekends Position is on site in St. Paul, MN with ability to occasionally work from home depending on program needs Job Description: Allina Health is hiring a casual Mental Health Therapist at our United Hospital campus , supporting adolescent and/or adult partial hospital, day treatment, and intensive outpatient services . This is casual day-shift role scheduled to provide coverage for leaves and vacations. Scheduled days are Monday - Friday and there are no weekends or call required. Primary responsibilities include: Facilitating group therapy as well as providing therapy and clinical support in PHP, Day Treatment, and IOP settings including individual, and family therapy Working with adolescent and adult populations in person or virtually Completing intakes, discharges, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including, but not limited to, psychiatry, nursing and other therapists Supporting patient-centered, culturally responsive behavioral health care Required Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field MN DHS Mental Health Professional Defined Qualifications: MN § 245I.04, Subd 2-3 Licenses/Certifications Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy required upon hire or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy required upon hire or Licensed Psychologist-MN Board of Psychology required upon hire or Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below: • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association • Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross • Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire) This position will consider pre-independently licensed individuals who have completed their masters and are on the LGSW, LPCC or LMFT track Physical Demands Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
