Mental Health Therapist

Mindify Wellness and Care is hiring Mental Health Therapists to provide onsite and telehealth services to clients in Springfield, New Jersey . What Mindify Provides Established caseload and ongoing patient referrals Administrative support for scheduling and patient coordination Flexibility to build a schedule around your availability Clinical supervision when required Company-provided malpractice coverage Opportunities to provide both onsite and telehealth services Collaboration with psychiatric providers and other healthcare professionals Schedule Our partner adult day center generally operates Monday through Friday. Typical onsite hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM , although hours may vary. Onsite coverage is generally needed one to two days per week , depending on center needs and therapist availability Telehealth sessions may be scheduled on the same days as onsite appointments or on separate days Scheduling is developed collaboratively based on your availability, preferences, specialties, and caseload capacity Compensation $35 - $45 per completed clinical session Compensation is based on: Licensure level Credentials Experience Clinical expertise Therapists are compensated for completed sessions. Patient cancellations and no-show appointments are not compensated. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide therapy based on client needs Develop and update individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy within your training and scope of practice Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches Assist clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and achieving treatment goals Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate Complete accurate and timely assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and other members of the treatment team Coordinate referrals and connect clients with appropriate community resources Adhere to HIPAA requirements, payer guidelines, professional standards, and organizational policies Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active New Jersey behavioral health license or credential appropriate to the services provided, including: LCSW LSW LPC LAC LMFT Ability to consistently provide onsite services in Springfield, NJ Ability to complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines Strong communication, organizational, and care coordination skills Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community-based care, telehealth, adult day centers, or working with diverse populations is preferred Position Type Independent Contractor (1099) Mindify Wellness and Care provides patient referrals, administrative support, clinical supervision when required, and company-provided malpractice coverage to support your success.
