What you'll do
- Carry out project work and process improvement across the plant, including repairs on downed equipment and scheduled repairs.
- Support contractors, maintain safe practices and accurate documentation, and identify and complete improvements.

- Strong communication skills and able to work as a team
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with little oversight
- Previous industrial maintenance experience
- Strong welding and fabrication experience
- Strong electrical / mechanical aptitude
- Driven to make things better and have a positive attitude
- Problem solving and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to pass FIT test for full face respirator and SCBA
- Rigging experience
- Electrical experience
- Project management experience
- Contractor management experience
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Responsible for project work and process improvement across the plant
4 On 4 Off Day Shift
Pay Potential: 100k +
Responsibilities
Create and maintain safe work environment and practices
Help manage and support contractors
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive them to completion
Maintain complete and accurate documentation
Work with chemicals that require full face respirator or SCBA
Perform all other tasks assigned by leadership
Perform emergency repairs and scheduled repairs on downed equipment
Qualifications
Required:
Excellent safety record for self and team members
Strong communication skills and able to work as a team
Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with little oversight
Previous industrial maintenance experience
Strong welding and fabrication experience
Strong electrical / mechanical aptitude
Driven to make things better and have a positive attitude
Problem solving and troubleshooting experience
Ability to pass FIT test for full face respirator and SCBA
Preferred:
Rigging experience
Electrical experience
