About the Role AllCare is hiring licensed phlebotomists to serve as Multi-Service Care Specialists across Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) in Northern California. In this field-based role, you'll complete route visits that combine four services: medication delivery, phlebotomy, medication reconciliation, and diagnostic testing — all in a single facility visit. This is a Full-time, W-2 employee position with flexible scheduling. You will be assigned to consistent facilities and supported by a dedicated pharmacist and dispatcher on every route. What You'll Do On each route visit, you will: Deliver cycle medications to assigned ALF facilities and obtain confirmation of receipt Perform blood draws for scheduled residents following Quest Diagnostics standards Perform diagnostic tests at assigned facilities (TM Flow & VAT) — training provided by AllCare Verify and reconcile medication lists with nursing staff Document and photograph each delivery per AllCare's compliance standards Represent AllCare professionally in a clinical setting Routes are structured for completion by early afternoon. Compensation & Schedule Full-Time (W-2): Your pay combines a competitive hourly rate with a per-service performance bonus and mileage reimbursement: $25–$30/hr — paid for hours worked at the facility (rate confirmed at offer) Performance bonus per service successfully delivered to each patient — amount confirmed at offer Mileage reimbursed at $0.725/mile — outbound routes only Flexible scheduling based on availability — days assigned weekly by Dispatch Your earnings grow with the number of patients and services you deliver. Compensation is discussed and confirmed at the offer stage. Valid California Phlebotomy Technician license (CPT I or CPT II) — required Valid California driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Professional written and verbal English communication Ability to pass a background check Comfortable working independently in assisted living and clinical environments Strong attention to detail and adherence to structured procedures Medical benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) AllCare-branded uniform and official name badge All phlebotomy supplies and equipment Paid Med Sync & Reconciliation training Paid Diagnostics training (TM Flow & VAT) — provided after hire Dedicated pharmacist and dispatcher support on every route
