Aspire Program Overview The Mutual Aspire Program gives college students and recent graduates a meaningful, hands-on introduction to the financial services industry. Interns work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business initiatives, and build practical skills they can carry into future careers. This entry-level experience goes beyond observational learning, providing exposure to day-to-day workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and project-based work that drives measurable improvement. What You’ll Do Support day-to-day operations Assist team members with periodic client- and adviser-related tasks. Review, audit, and update data to ensure client records, notes, and activity tracking are accurate and current. Organize and maintain electronic files for advisers, clients, and internal teams. Deliver project work Collaborate with fellow interns on a potential capstone project, presenting findings and recommendations. Complete administrative and project tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and on-time delivery. Analyze and improve processes Conduct research and analysis to support financial teams, key metrics, and reporting. Contribute to operational initiatives such as data clean-up and standardized naming conventions to improve consistency and accuracy. Collaborate and learn across the business Participate in cross-department workshops focused on collaboration and business fundamentals. Attend the Aspire Guest Speaker Series to learn from financial services professionals. Join a CTO-led book club centered on leadership and professional growth.
