Therefore, we will work tirelessly to ensure you have the supplies, the support and the education/skills necessary in order to ensure you are successful and able to put the focus where it needs to be; on our wonderful residents\r\nHere, at our Assisted Living, Cherrywood Place, we are seeking FT and PRN Med Techs to work across all shifts. We accept HCAs, NARs (grandfathered) and NACs.\r\n**Will train and pay for HCA (Home Care Aide) certification through the state of Washington\r\nResponsibilities:\r\n\r\nProvide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan\r\nPromote residents\' independence\r\nProvide assistance with housekeeping and laundry\r\nMedication assistance\r\nCertification for Nurse Delegation a plus. (We can pay and train for this.)\r\nParticipate in community\'s Life Enrichment Activities, events and outings, while encouraging resident attendance and participation\r\nAdditional duties as assigned.\r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n\r\nRequired Qualifications: The ability to work a full 8 hour shift and come to work on time\r\nThe ability to work according to the 4 days on 2 days off schedule when FT\r\nActive HCA, NAR or NAC credentials in the state of WA
