Nail Technician – Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach, Florida Fins up! We are looking for a Nail technician who can provide our guests with a relaxing island escape as you perform a full range of manicure and pedicure services. What You’ll Do : Provide a range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and other related treatments, ensuring guests receive high-quality and personalized services. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, adhering to strict sanitization and disinfection protocols for tools, equipment, and workstations. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care services, maintaining a working knowledge of all products used and incorporating new trends into service offerings as appropriate. Adhere to state-issued guidelines for nail care services, completing daily service logs for pedicure stations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Provide excellent customer service by delivering exceptional nail care services, addressing guests' needs and preferences, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest. Monitor and stock workstations with necessary supplies and inform management of any inventory needing replacement, ensuring the availability of products and equipment for efficient delivery service. Regularly inspect equipment for damage or signs of wear and tear, promptly reporting any issues to management for repair or replacement to maintain optimal functionality and safety. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the nail care services offered at the establishment. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Completion of 240 hours in nail courses at an accredited Cosmetology school. Florida State Cosmetology License and all other mandated industry standard licenses. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nail Technician.
