Job Description At Solidigm, we are redefining the possibilities of data storage through innovative NAND flash solutions that power the world's data-driven future. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Intern to join our NAND Development organization and support key initiatives in business analytics, workforce planning, operational reporting, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with business leaders and cross-functional teams while developing analytical, operational, and strategic business skills. The successful candidate will leverage data and Microsoft 365 technologies to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI. Analyze workforce, operational, and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support organizational planning, workforce management, and headcount reporting activities. Build and maintain data models, trackers, and reporting solutions using advanced Microsoft Excel. Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy. Support the administration and continuous improvement of Microsoft SharePoint sites and knowledge management resources. Assist in documenting business processes, standard operating procedures, and operational workflows. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Create executive-ready presentations, metrics summaries, and business insights for leadership reviews. Support employee engagement initiatives, special projects, and organizational events as needed. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering Management or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical Qualifications Required Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and other advanced formulas Data analysis and reporting Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including: Dashboard creation Data visualization Basic data modeling Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including: Document management Site content organization Collaboration features Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Preferred Experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, or Power Apps. Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools. Experience working with large data sets and business metrics. Familiarity with project management or process improvement methodologies.
