This role contributes directly to patient comfort, safety, and quality of care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Required Education: None required. Required Work Experience: None required entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire. Skills: Basic patient care skills ability to measure and record vital signs effective verbal and written communication ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with nursing staff basic computer and documentation skills ability to observe and report changes in patient condition commitment to patient safety, privacy, and infection control practices. Preferred Qualifications Preferred Work Experience: Prior experience as a nurse assistant, nursing aide, or in a healthcare setting preferred.
