What you'll do
- Implement treatment intervention plans to address the goals on the plan of care
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies
What you need
