SUMMARY:To ensure delivery of quality occupational therapy services and to provide Case Management for patients through comprehensive assessments and coordination of agency services. To assure compliance with current physician's orders, appropriate interventions and reports to the physician,and complete and accurate documentation in the clinical record.
