What you'll do
- Evaluate patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and address limitations affecting self-care, mobility, and daily activities.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications, educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, and complete electronic documentation.
What you need
- Current FL State Occupational Therapist license.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a community-based setting.
- Experience with adult or geriatric patients is preferred but not required.
- Home health experience is welcome but not necessary.
