Provide skilled occupational therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings
Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals
Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care

Maintain clear and timely documentation

What you need

Active Colorado Occupational Therapist
Degree from an accredited therapy program
BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
