Occupational Therapist PRN

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus 1701 S Creasy Ln Lafayette, Indiana 47905 The Occupational Therapist I provides evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The position instructs and directs Occupational Therapist Assistant and aides as assigned. The Occupational Therapist evaluates and implements the plan of care to improve, restore, and enhance performance in activities of daily living and functional mobility. This position performs documentation and quality improvement as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.
