About the Role The Office Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the office, project teams, and leadership. You’ll help keep office operations organized, maintain accurate records, coordinate schedules and communications, and support purchasing, reporting, onboarding, and other administrative needs. What You’ll Do Support daily office operations and administrative tasks Answer calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally Organize and maintain company, project, and compliance records Enter and update data in ERP and other company systems Assist with invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and administrative tracking Support scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and company events as needed Assist with office supply purchasing, inventory, and vendor coordination Support project teams with document preparation, reporting, and tracking Assist with employee onboarding, timekeeping, and administrative HR tasks as needed Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets for management Communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and internal departments Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of office administration or administrative support experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Construction, mechanical, service, or industrial industry experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable, team-oriented, and solutions-focused approach Why Join Us?
