Description

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, tech-savvy Office Assistant to join our Senior Helpers team! This is a fast-paced, people-focused role supporting our caregivers, clients, families, and office team. WHAT YOU'LL DO * 📞 Answer phones and provide warm, professional customer service. * 💻 Use WellSky and Zingage to manage information and communicate with caregivers and clients. * 👥 Support caregiver onboarding, paperwork, training, and new caregiver/client introduction visits. * 🏠 Help coordinate new client starts and prepare welcome materials. * 📲 Assist with caregiver call-outs and coverage needs alongside the Scheduling team. * ☎️ Assist with incoming lead calls, gather information, and help ensure prospects receive timely follow-up. * 📁 Maintain accurate electronic and physical client/caregiver files. * 📋 Assist with compliance tracking, documentation, and other HR-related administrative tasks. * 🤝 Provide support to the HR, Scheduling, Recruiting, and Client Services teams. * ✨ Jump in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly and our caregivers and clients supported. Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with on call rotation with support.  WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. * Comfortable multitasking * Team Player * Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems. * Experience with WellSky, home care, healthcare, staffing, or scheduling is a plus. * A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
