If you’re looking for a place to call home, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Process and verify out-of-state liens and titling. Responsible for assisting team of finance directors and managers with various tasks. Reconciling daily and weekly SQL reports. Responsible for assisting with general Human Resource related functions. Cross-train and provide backup support to existing administrative support team. Other duties as requested by management. Qualifications Minimum of High School diploma required, associate’s degree desired but not required. Self-starter attitude with ability to shift between multiple tasks throughout the day with little to no direction. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite. Familiarity with SQL based reporting. Prior experience with titling, billing, or dealership operations preferred but not required. Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Reliable and strong work ethic . Professional appearance is a must.
