What you'll do
- Provide after-hours nursing care and support to older adult participants
- Assess and manage episodic illnesses in collaboration with the on-call provider
- Deliver prescribed treatments and nursing interventions
- Educate participants and caregivers on care plans and health management
- Document all care and changes in condition promptly and accurately
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
What you need
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations (home care, long-term care, or community health preferred)
- Experience in patient and caregiver education is a plus

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated On-Call Registered Nurse to join our team. This unique role offers full-time pay for working every other week, providing after-hours and weekend care and support to our participants in their homes.
Schedule
Overnight Weekdays: On-Call from 3:30 PM – 8:30 AM (Monday–Friday) EVERY OTHER WEEK ONLY
Weekends: 24-hour on-call coverage (Saturday & Sunday) EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY
Location: McKeesport service area
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-hours nursing care and support to older adult participants
