On-Site Coordinator

In this vital role, the Onsite Coordinator will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, and enhance operational efficiency. If you're ready to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our clients' success, we want to hear from you! $24/hr, paid weekly 3pm - 11:30pm shift, occasional weekends (occasional weekends) Must be available for overtime and maintain a flexible schedule. Located in Glendale Heights, Illinois Responsibilities & Competencies Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching, and terminations. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates through flexibility and responsiveness. Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing timely reporting to both the client and Accurate Personnel. Walk the production floor at least three times daily to monitor safety, GMP, and policy compliance. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills. Communicate effectively and work both independently and collaboratively. Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and extend job offers as needed. Adapt to changing business needs while following company policies and procedures. Support diversity initiatives and maintain compliance with EEO standards. Requirements & Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
