Help build and run every part of a growing business.
We’re looking for a resourceful, highly organized Business Operations Associate who can turn ideas into
action. You’ll work across growth, operations, and recruiting, taking ownership of projects that keep the
business moving forward.
You’re a jack of all trades with a high bar for execution. You learn quickly, bring structure to ambiguous
problems, and follow through on the details. No task is too small, and you’re comfortable tackling something
you haven’t done before.
What you’ll do
-Support growth: Research opportunities, coordinate outreach, and help execute and track growth
initiatives.
-Keep operations running smoothly: Manage day-to-day workflows, coordinate across teams, and solve
problems as they arise.
-Support office operations: Help keep the office organized, stocked, and welcoming by ordering supplies and snacks, restocking shared spaces, coordinating deliveries, and handling day-to-day office needs.
-Support recruiting: Help source candidates, coordinate interviews, and deliver a thoughtful candidate
and onboarding experience.
-Provide executive and event support: Assist scheduling, book reservations, and coordinate logistics for
team events, offsites, and other gatherings, including venues, catering, and attendee communication.
-Own projects from start to finish: Turn broad goals into clear plans, manage timelines, and deliver
high-quality work.
-Step in where needed: Take on new priorities and help close gaps across the business.
What you bring
-Strong execution skills: you’re organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
-A proactive approach: you identify what needs to happen and take initiative.
-Sound judgment about priorities, tradeoffs, and when to ask for help.
-Clear written and verbal communication.
-Curiosity and the ability to learn new tools and unfamiliar topics quickly.
-Comfort working through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
-A collaborative, low-ego attitude and a willingness to do hands-on work.
What success looks like
-Projects move forward because you own them. Candidates and teammates have a smooth, responsive experience. The office stays stocked, organized, and ready for the team. Processes become simpler and more reliable. As you learn the business, you take on increasingly complex work and become someone the team trusts to get things done.
