HillelU provides learning and development opportunities to more than 1,200 Hillel professionals across the organization. As our portfolio continues to grow, this role will provide the operational support needed to deliver high-quality professional development experiences consistently and efficiently—from virtual training and cohort programs to immersive in-person leadership development experiences. This role will serve as a key member of the Talent Development & Training team, taking ownership of the systems, logistics, data, and processes that support the participant experience. The ideal candidate is someone who loves turning plans into action, can anticipate details before they become problems, and is energized by making complex programs feel seamless. What You’ll Do Program Operations & Delivery Support the operational execution of assigned HillelU programs and learning experiences, from initial planning through post-program follow-up. Coordinate session setup, registration, materials, technology, and other operational needs. Manage pre- and post-program communications, including reminders, pre-work, and logistics. Provide or coordinate day-of technology and administrative support for virtual and in-person programs. Partner with facilitators and Talent Development colleagues to ensure they have the information and support needed for successful program delivery. Create and maintain repeatable processes, templates, and checklists that make program delivery more efficient and consistent. Identify operational challenges and proactively develop solutions. Program Data, Evaluation & Reporting Collect, organize, maintain and report on participation and program data. Pull and upload data across relevant systems and ensure program records remain accurate and up to date. Coordinate post-program evaluation processes, including evaluation communications and data collection. Develop regular reports and dashboards that help the Talent Development team understand participation, engagement, and program outcomes. Support analysis of program data to identify trends and inform future planning and decision-making. Partner with colleagues to improve how HillelU tracks and communicates program impact. Leadership Development & Event Logistics Support the operational delivery of select high-touch programs and experiences, including Kaplan Supervisory Leadership Program and Accelerate. Coordinate event logistics including hotels, catering, travel, participant communications, materials, schedules, and other event needs. Manage participant travel reimbursements and other program-related expenses. Coordinate across facilitators, participants, vendors, internal partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience. Provide on-site operational support for select HillelU professional development experiences, as needed. Systems & Process Improvement Maintain systems for tracking HillelU programs, participants, logistics, and outcomes. Look for opportunities to streamline administrative processes and reduce manual work. Create documentation and standard operating procedures to support consistency and continuity across the HillelU portfolio. Help the team leverage technology and data more effectively in the delivery and evaluation of learning programs. Support implementation of new tools, systems, and processes as HillelU continues to evolve. Team Partnership Serve as a collaborative operational partner to Talent Development colleagues, helping translate program ideas into executable plans. Support multiple concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Provide visibility into project status, upcoming deadlines, and operational needs. Take ownership of projects and follow through independently while knowing when to escalate questions or challenges. Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and service-oriented team culture. Who You Are Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage many moving pieces without losing sight of the big picture. A strong project manager who can establish timelines, track details, and ensure work moves forward. Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a natural instinct to anticipate needs and troubleshoot challenges. A strong communicator who can build relationships and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. Comfortable with technology and data, and excited to learn new systems and tools. Service-oriented, with a strong commitment to creating excellent experiences for participants, facilitators, and colleagues. Able to work independently, take ownership, and exercise good judgment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities. Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Zoom, learning management systems, event platforms, or similar tools is a plus. We encourage both current college students and recent graduates to apply for this role. What You’ll Receive $17/hr up to 20 hours/week In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in program operations, project coordination, data and evaluation, event logistics, and talent development while working alongside a team that designs and delivers professional development for Hillel professionals across the organization. You’ll have the opportunity to see how learning experiences are designed, delivered, evaluated, and improved and to build skills that translate across nonprofit, education, Human Resources, and business environments.About Hillel International In 1923, Rabbi Benjamin Frankel started Hillel with humble means, a noble mission and a breathtaking vision: to convey Jewish civilization to a new generation.
