Allegion Program for Apprentices, Graduates or Interns Foster employee relations and engagement, supporting team morale and frontline communication. Conduct basic safety observations, report hazards, and follow up on corrective actions. Communicate issues and status updates to supervisors, engineering, purchasing, and quality teams. Track cycle times, downtime reasons, and other performance metrics; maintain dashboards and reports. Support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen), map processes, and help implement small experiments. Assist with root-cause investigations for recurring defects and document corrective actions.
