What you’ll do Production Operations: Safely perform production, assembly, packaging, and material handling activities daily to support efficient manufacturing and meet production targets. Equipment Operation: Operate assigned machinery and tools following standardized work instructions and safetyprocedures, ensuring smooth and safe equipment performance. Quality Assurance: Inspect products and materials to maintain quality standards, identify defects or production issues, and report concerns promptly. Maintenance Support: Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance to minimize downtime and support operational efficiency. Work Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering strictly to safety policies and PPE requirements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals and support continuous improvement initiatives. What you’ll bring Must-haves: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience. Ability to safely operate machinery and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail with basic math and measurement skills. Nice-to-haves: Experience with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance. Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others.
