Job Description: Providing for loved ones, planning rewarding retirements, saving enough for whatever lies ahead – our policyholders count on us to be there when it matters most. It's a big ask, but it's one that we have the power to deliver when we work together. We collaborate and innovate – pushing one another to transform not just Pacific Life, but the entire industry for the better. Why? Because it's the right thing to do. Pacific Life is more than a job, it's a career with purpose. It's a career where you have the support, balance, and resources to make a positive impact on the future – including your own. We're actively seeking a talented Training Facilitator to join our Consumer Markets Division (CMD) Ops Training Team in Newport Beach, Omaha, NE, or Charlotte, NC. As a Training Facilitator, you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by delivering engaging, role-based onboarding and classroom training that helps Operations employees become job-ready and confident in Life and Annuity processes. You will fill an existing role on a team of 10 people in the Operations Training and Documentation division. Your colleagues will include fellow Training Facilitators and Instructional Designers, with close ties to our Documentation team. We work side by side with Operations leaders, subject matter experts, and Technology partners, and we share activities, ideas, and best practices so every learner gets a consistent, high-quality experience. How you'll help move us forward: Coordinate new hire onboarding for Production and Customer Service teams, serving as the liaison between Technology and Operations so new hires start with the access and tools they need. Facilitate engaging virtual classroom training for a full Annuity or Life product line, adapting your style to different adult learning needs. Gauge learner progress and share trainee performance, attendance, and engagement with leaders and stakeholders. Maintain the training calendar and records, and prepare materials and confirm participant access ahead of each class. Keep courses current by using participant feedback, post-training surveys, and audit data to update content and close knowledge gaps, in partnership with Instructional Designers. The experience you bring: 2–3 years of Annuities or Life Operations experience, with demonstrated experience training peers, plus a 4-year degree or an equivalent combination of work and experience. Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote) and learning management systems, and a working knowledge of CMD Operations products, systems, and processes. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to develop clear, effective training materials. The ability to present to stakeholders at all levels and to anticipate and overcome challenges in the classroom. A collaborative, coachable, growth-minded approach, with a commitment to delivering a superior customer service experience. FINRA Series 6 registration within 3 months of hire (required to train licensed associates). What makes you stand out: A FINRA Series 6 license already in hand. Experience across both Life and Annuity product lines or multiple Operations departments. Experience with e-learning or content development tools, or formal training credentials such as Train the Trainer or adult learning certifications. Experience mentoring or onboarding other trainers, or a track record of consistently positive learner feedback. Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. $66,330.00 - $81,070.00 Your Benefits Start Day 1 Your wellbeing is important to Pacific Life, and we’re committed to providing you with flexible benefits that you can tailor to meet your needs.
