What You’ll Do Manage daily workload and productivity of warehouse operations including Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Packing, and Shipping Accurately fill customer orders following established operational processes Assist in local deliveries when the need arises Release, prioritize, and determine any special requirements needed for customer orders Understand and comprehend a variety of operational procedures, some area specific, to provide hands-on assistance where needed Aid in inventory restocking and shipping areas to ensure seamless distribution center processes Safely operate all warehouse equipment and obey all safety rules Help maintain accurate distribution center inventory quantity and quality while pulling product; restocks order fulfillment supplies as needed Follow all housekeeping procedures; maintain clean and organized warehouse As a Packer Fastener Team Member you will also have: First Shift, Monday-Friday Schedule Profit Sharing Bonus Eligible Immediate PTO, Paid Holidays, and Volunteer Time Off Flexible Schedules Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (eligible the 1st of the month after start date) Short- & Long-Term Disability (eligible the 1st of the month after start date) 401(K) with Company Match (eligible the 1st of the month after start date) Employee Wellness Program (with gym reimbursement paid quarterly) Cell Phone Reimbursement Company Vehicle for business use and company gas card Continued Education – Educational Assistance Career Growth Potential Employee Assistance Program (with free counseling sessions) Employee Wellness Program (with gym reimbursement paid quarterly) Packer Fastener Apparel and Gifts Qualifications: Qualifications 1-3 years of operations experience Must have the ability to quickly learn specific software to successfully fulfill order fulfillment expectations Must make safety a priority. Must be a highly detailed individual with a focus on accuracy. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization. Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy. Must obtain DOT Physical Must pass DOT drug screening if required A well-organized self-starter Must possess strong leadership skills and have ability to manage stress levels of a busy operation Must be able to routinely handle and lift object(s) up to 50 pounds. Must have basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
