Job Summary General Purpose: Responsible for routine order processing and serving as day-to-day sister’s sites interface for material transfer. Principle Accountabilities: · Manual order entry into production planning system. · Process customer order changes by entering customer requests into planning systems. · Work with sales for Job Number creation. · Communicates order status to sister’s sites including initial committed ship dates (CSD's) and follow up on interim order changes. · Work with buyer to place PO for the sites · Follow up buyers about the orders and manage drop shipments · Release authorizations to shipping department to deliver product. · Validates order picked and wrapped with material coordinators to make sure quantities and items are correct · Validates systems vs. PO before shipment to make sure parts got issued correctly to the JNs. · Validates material and capacity availability based on products ordered and in accordance with customer's requested ship dates. · Work with schedulers in case there is a requisition to make internal parts to assist the sister’s sites · Coordination and communication of order expedite requests to production control- may include preliminary determination of material and capacity availability, lead-time restrictions, and modification of schedules within limited parameters. · Runs routine reports in support of customer information requests and internal reporting requirements. · Responsible for making sure work orders are released to manufacturing and authorizations for shipping are released in time to meet established goals for lead time, response time and committed ship dates. · Getting in call with the sister’s sites to align material status. Note : Work hour is from 8am to 5pm On-site. (cannot be remote). The candidate needs to be analytical, commitemend and have advanced excel skills. (This position requires it).  The base pay range for this position is provided below. The final base rate offered will be determined using job-related, non-discriminatory criteria, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity. $19.50 USD - $26.81 USD Hourly
