Outpatient Occupational Therapist (OT) - Sequoia Care OT hourly rate: $43-$55/hour Monthly travel stipend of $250/mo for part-time and full-time. Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered. Any additional certification or registry, as required.
