As an Outside Sales Representative you will grow your territory by bringing in new opportunities and developing repeat business within your existing accounts. This will require that you call on engineers, contractors, project managers, and others to determine their needs and specifications through a consultative approach. What you'll do: Achieve sales and profit goals by developing and retaining existing customers and by discovering new opportunities. Grow your network of engineers and contractors in your assigned territory. Sell engineered heating/hot water systems within the industrial sector. Conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services. Professional development and training. Great work / life balance. We seek: Experience with boiler, steam, water heating, and thermal transfer systems a plus! Knowledge of steam-related valves, traps, pumps, controls, instrumentation Proven ability to work with engineers and contractors to identify solutions for project requirements Hands-on involvement installing/commissioning steam boilers and water heaters a plus.
