What you'll do
- <ul><li>Receiving Customer samples and recording information in Shipping and receiving Log.</li><li>Conduct Transit and Package Integrity Testing as Per ASTM Standards , ISTA standard or per Customer Protocol.</li><li>Add Sample Information to Laboratory Inventory Management System and may include generating a Work Order</li><li>Prepare Test Evidence Report.</li><li>Entry level data review and data reporting, following good documentation practices</li><li>Maintain Records of Packaging Testing.</li><li>Monitor and Provide customer support regarding testing services provided.</li><li>Update Customer on test Status, updates, results.</li><li>Report any Deviation observed to operations Manager.</li><li>Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and company policies</li></ul>
What you need
- <ul><li>High School diploma or G.E.D.</li><li>Production testing or related industry is desired but not required.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and General Computer Literacy is required.</li><li>Knowledge of ASTM standards is desired.</li><li>Ability to lift bulky items up to 30 lbs, climb, bend and reach without restriction is required.</li></ul>

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates within a commutable distance of San Jose, CA are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: 22/hr-30/hr depending on qualification and related experience.
