Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, clients, title companies, opposing counsel, surveyors, and other transaction participants to facilitate closings. Prepare closing packages, signature pages, and execution instructions, and coordinate the execution, collection, and delivery of closing documents. Assist with title and lien reviews, UCC searches, UCC financing statements, and related filings. Coordinate the recording and filing of mortgages, assignments, satisfactions, and other transaction documents. Assist with the preparation and review of settlement statements, closing statements, and disbursement-related documentation.
