Morrow County Health District, through its entities Pioneer Memorial Hospital, Pioneer Memorial Clinic, Irrigon Medical Clinic, Boardman Immediate Care Clinic, Heppner and Irrigon Ambulance, and Pioneer Memorial Home Health & Hospice, does not discriminate or deny access to services because of a person’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or inability to pay.
