Paramedic – TX Regional Float

PRN Float Paramedic | Texarkana & Surrounding Areas Pay: $25.00 per hour Schedule: PRN / As Needed | Primarily 12-Hour Shifts Float Locations: Texarkana (Arkansas Blvd. & Richmond Rd.), Wake Village, and Atlanta, TX Join the HealthCARE Express Team! HealthCARE Express is looking for a dependable, flexible PRN Float Paramedic to provide clinical coverage across our Texarkana and surrounding area urgent care clinics. Unlike a position assigned to one clinic, this role offers the opportunity to work with different teams and provide support wherever it's needed. You'll float between our Arkansas Blvd., Richmond Rd., Wake Village, and Atlanta locations based on staffing and clinic coverage needs. This is a great opportunity for a Paramedic who enjoys variety, adapts well to different environments, and wants to continue using their clinical skills in an urgent care setting. Pay & Schedule Pay: $25.00 per hour Schedule: PRN / As Needed Primarily 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM) Saturday coverage may be needed (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) Hours and assigned locations will vary based on clinic needs. Must be willing to travel between all four locations. What You'll Do As a Float Paramedic, you'll work alongside our Providers and clinical teams to deliver efficient, compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, performing EKGs, venipuncture, specimen collection, and routine lab testing, administering medications and IV therapy within your scope of practice, and assisting with wound care and minor procedures. You'll also help maintain patient flow, complete accurate documentation, and support daily clinic operations to ensure patients receive quality care at every location. What We're Looking For Active Paramedic certification or licensure appropriate for assigned clinic locations Previous EMS, emergency medicine, urgent care, or related clinical experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with different teams Dependability, flexibility, and a commitment to excellent patient care Willingness to travel between all assigned clinic locations Why HealthCARE Express?
