Parks and Recreation Maintenance Technician

Apply today, if you are interested in becoming part of our organization.   MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * General debris clean-up * Maintenance of landscape areas * Attend to details of roadside conditioning * Irrigation practices * Application of fertilizer * Maintain equipment and transportation vehicle in a clean and organized manner * Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: * Landscaping experience preferred. * Flexible Work Schedule * Unexpired drivers license BENEFITS: * Sick pay after 90 days of employment * 401k plan to eligible employees * Referral program * Employee assistance program HOURLY RATE: $20.60   PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Frequent or occasional need to perform the following physical activities: grasping, finger dexterity, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting. Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds * Standing and walking on various surfaces for an extended period of time   All offers are contingent upon a successful background check as well as a drug screening.
