Part-Time Development Center Inside Operations

Duran Golf Club, a subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., is seeking a Part-Time Development Center Inside Operations to support the day-to-day operations of the Development Center and help create an exceptional experience for every guest. In this role, you'll assist golfers, process transactions, support merchandise and food & beverage sales, maintain practice facilities, and help ensure the Development Center runs smoothly each day. Required Availability This position requires availability on weekends and holidays. Typical shifts are: Friday , Saturday , Sunday and Monday from 1:00pm-9:00pm Tuesdays from 6:00am-2:00pm Part-time team members will be scheduled based on business needs and will not be scheduled for all listed shifts each week. Availability for these days and times is required. Job Duties Perform opening, interim, and closing procedures Provide friendly, professional service to guests Process sales, returns, customer information, and play times using the point-of-sale system Assist with the display, inventory, promotion, and sale of golf merchandise and food and beverage items Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Development Center, practice tee, surrounding areas, and short course Requirements High school diploma/GED Valid driver’s license At least 1 year of golf operations or retail experience preferred Knowledge of golf and strong customer service skills Strong computer skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Valid driver’s license Ability to complete required alcohol compliance training within 30 days of employment Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekend and holidays as business needs change Applicants may also apply in-person at: Duran Golf Club - 7032 Stadium Parkway Viera, FL 32940a If you possess these qualifications and are ready to take the next step in your career with an organization that takes pride in its employees and the work that we do in the community, please apply in confidence by sending a cover letter and resume including salary requirements.
