COMMUNITY LIVING TRAINER (NON CNA POSITIONS) Pay Rate: $11.25 up to $12.25 an hour COMMUNITY LIVING FLOATER Pay Rate: $13.25 an hour Education Requirements: Must have proof of education. High School Diploma, GED, and/or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate. Must have an active CNA License in the State of Kansas that is in good standing. General Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and 10 months; able to pass drug alcohol screenings and criminal background checks.
